The breakfast was better than I thought it would be! Usually it's a buffet at many hotels, my husband and I liked how it was freshly made and you had plenty of choices. The one suggestion is have fruit like apples and bananas for people to take in addition to the hot meal. The seating area was comfortable as well. The room and bathroom was clean and there wasn't an odor either in the room or the hotel. It's really close (walking distance) to a lot of different restaurants and I saw a pretty decent indoor pool. We would definitely stay there again next time we head to Lubbock.

Everything was gr8 however only 1 coffee cup, no shampoo but 2 conditioners , only 2 towels, asked for extra pillows but were not there or offered, and end of building parking lot and grounds needs some serious attention. Im an bonvoy member but because last min did not mention was booked on the fly via booking . Com.

I liked that the front desk gentleman was very accommodating when there was no confirmation number for my booked stay, even though I recieved a confirmation number through Booking.com

All staff was awesome! Relocating locally but new place wasn't ready. Work nigjts and everyone assisted us perfect to make sure we could sleep.
